A Kansas native, I have lived in New York City most of my life. I was a professional violinist for more than 25 years, and during that time I founded Leonarda Productions, Inc., a nonprofit record label that specializes in recording music by women composers (12th-21st C.) and American music by both men and women, as well as other classical music. I've been involved in much of the production and post production work as well as executive duties. Since I bought a digital camera in 2004 I have been an avid photographer, taking photos as I bike around the city. The next big project involves combining some photos with music in slideshow presentations. The I have taken more than 60,000 photos of Manhattan Island (New York City) and the surrounding area, and more than a dozen of them have just been incorporated into the video of my friend Judy Kellersberger. Judy's song Tribute to the Hudson River was performed
at the Hudson Rriver Pageant, an ecological event. It is featured in
her video "Earth Celebrations 2011 Hudson River Pageant" on
You Tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH4ixJ4kPqE
